Comment changer the speech recognition language (Windows 11)?

Je voudrais switch the speech recognition entre two languages in Windows 11 (speech to text to use in text boxes). So far I tried:

Switching the language priority dans le time&language/language®ion Paramètres `ms-settings:regionlanguage` (J'ai 2 languages installé)

Switching the speech language dans le time&language/speech Paramètres `ms-settings:speech`

-

Changing the speech recognition paramètres dans le Panneau de configuration `control /name Microsoft.SpeechRecognition`

And jusqu'à présent rien seems to work, it tries to pick up the same language (dans mon cas English). Using the test phrase `this is a test` which sounds similar dans le other language (German), I get the English output regardless of what language I use. C'est le same for other similar-sounding words. Des idées ?

Après painstaking troubleshooting activities, J'ai trouvé out that the language used for speech to text depends sur le sélectionné clavier layout. C'est shown dans le zone de notification sur le taskbar (zone de notification).

Unless it got désactivé somehow, which was/is the problème dans mon cas, probably due to using ExplorerPatcher, so be aware! In Win 11 vous pouvez test this by using the (on-écran) touch clavier which shows the current layout (or hitting Win+Space to changez le language).

(All the other speech and language paramètres that J'ai essayé and described in my question probably/hopefully change different functionalities.)
