Windows 11 not syncing time on démarrage, checked thdu tout known paramètres are correct -- any other ideas?

Nearly every time that windows 11 starts up, my time is off. It might pick up depuis le time when I shut it off the night avant, but Je sun'est pas totally certain.

So far, my research has led me to try the following:

- Définissez le windows time service to start automatiquement

- Re-registered the win32 time components

- Verified that le registre entry for the tapi service is `%SystemRoot%\System32\svchost.exe -k NetworkService -p`

- Changed the time server to `time.nist.gov`

- Ensured my BIOS is up-to-date

- Ensured Windows 11 is up-to-date

- Changed my CMOS batterie (just did this maintenant, jusqu'à présent unverified but will come back and confirm results when verified fonctionnel or not)

Cela a not changed the behavior of unsynchronized time when I cold-boot après the ordinateur a été off all night. Si vous are running a dual boot machine, and the erreur occurs when booting into Windows 11 après booting into Linux, that may be the source du problème.

It has to do avec Linux & Windows disagreeing sur le time zone offset.

It can be managed by forcing Windows to write BIOS time using UTC.

A side effect of this solution is that your BIOS time n'est pas displayed as local time, but dual-booting ne va pas cause time problèmes using this Windows 11 registry edit.
