Comment format an USB drive having multiple partitions under Windows 11?

J'ai un USB stick totalling 8GB. It has three "partitions":

- 41 MB Unallocated

- D: 2MB Fat

- the rest is unallocated

Je veux completly format the USB drive. Yet when I do clic droit on D:\ and sélectionner format it will seulement format the 2.25MB partition:

I cannot supprimez le D:\ partition within Disk Management tool ("Créer and format hard disk partitions"). When I clic droit it, all options are grayed out.

J'ai essayé ejecting the disk, but ensuite it également disappears depuis le disk management tool.

(I assumed unmounting the D:\ drive would let me supprimez le partitions, yet as it appears: ejecting n'est pas unmounting.)

It turns out that Windows protects EFI partition from being supprimé. One is able to supprimez le partion via

- `diskpart` (Win + R, enter the command, a terminal windows avec diskpart running will pop up)

- `list disk`, will print a list of all disks, e.g.:
