I run server 2008 r2 as my desktop OS.
Je suis trying to désactiver the annoying redémarrer prompt that comes up après l'installation mises à jour. The most Je peux postpone it to is 4 hours.
J'ai tried disabling “Re-prompt for redémarrer avec scheduled installations” and enabling “No auto-redémarrer [...] for scheduled Automatic Mise à jour installation” in Ordinateur Policy -> Configuration ordinateur -> Modèles d'administration -> Windows Components -> Windows Mise à jour in gpedit.msc, to no avail.
J'ai looked at various guides, and rien seems to work.
I do want automatique mises à jour, and J'ai it set to notify me immediately, and allow me to choose what to télécharger and installer. Je viens de ne want this nagger écran to keep coming up, for various reasons.
Y a-t-il un fix?
Veuillez ne respond avec a lecture about why I should redémarrer automatiquement, as your assumptions may not be valid.
