It's the same thing for the Family subscription, in case anyone is wondering. I just switched, dropping from CAD145 to 109.
It's ridiculous that they tried to do this - automatically upgrading everyone. Some regulatory bodies need to slap them around a bit. MS has effectively upgraded everyone automatically to a more expensive plan.
