We don't support OAuth for IMAP access to Office 365 and we have no plans to do so as we recommend using our REST APIs to connect to Office 365 for your apps. OAuth is supported for [Office 365 REST APIs for mail, calendar and contacts](https://msdn.microsoft.com/office/office365/APi/api-catalog) and our older SOAP APIs [Exchange Web Services](https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/jj536567(v=exchg.150).aspx).
