Je veux click an icon in Explorateur Windows and have it open a specific web page with the default browser. Comment est this done?

Je ne veux pas to download the web page, Je viens de want to access it via a shortcut in the file manager. My google searches haven't turned up anything.

- Faites un clic droit sur inside the folder

- New > Shortcut

- Insert the URL in the dialog

- Next

- Put a meaningful name

- Finish
