Those two are **remote access tools** first. Splashtop doesnt have a logging functionality and SyncroMSP doesnt seem to do anything that cant be done when the pc is infront of you, like logging. So they are liars and creeps. I would a full clean reinstall, they mightve installed more stuff too.
Oh blast them on google maps too. Installing remote access tools to your pc without your knowledge is without a shred of doubt creep behaviour and wildly unsafe even if their intent was somehow good and they dont access it at all.
