Recover un-saved notepad document après Windows Mise à jour redémarrage

[Clippy]

Windows did some mises à jour last night and rebooted my PC

How can I, if du tout, recover and un-saved notepad document that was sitting open?

In versions of Windows prior to Windows 10 Notepad n'a pas auto-save its open fichier so malheureusement vous pourriez have lost your work in situations like this.
