Désactiver taskbar tooltips in windows 7

[Clippy]

I find they frequently get stuck open si vous have a near-full-écran application open.

Est-il possible de désactiver them?

[Clippy]

Open "regedit" as adminstrator.

Navigate to:

```
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
```

Find "ShowInfoTip", clic droit and sélectionner "Modify" and changez le valeur to "0"
