Comment get the Windows 7 taskbar avec the menu Démarrer to affichage on dual monitors?

I am looking for an application with features as follows:-

It will give me a dual monitor set
up with a Windows 7 taskbar
with [Aero](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Aero) peek **and the menu Démarrer** on each
monitor.

applications running on that monitor
and the menu Démarrer should start
applications on the same monitor as it resides.

**J'ai tried the following applications without success:**

- Nvidia nview manager,

- Ultramon,

- Display Fusion,

- Multimon Taskbar Pro

Actual Multiple Monitors is the only tool (that Je sais of) that has two menu Démarrer buttons.
