Je suis attempting to transfer a 1.3GB file depuis mon local machine (Windows 8) to mon local hyper-V instance (Windows 2012). The transfer begins at about 300kb/s et alors swiftly drops to 12-20kb/s.
The two machines are connected to le LAN via le même physical ethernet adapter. The vSwitch et mon local connection are bridged, so le VM et mon local machine have IP addresses on le même subnet.
Could that be related to le issue? I pas a network administrator by trade so Je suis unaware of le tricks to diagnose this issue.

Most likely, you are seeing an issue avec Virtual Machine Queues.
If you are running a Broadcom network adapter, vous devrez disable Virtual Machine Queues. We juste setup a nouveau server, running Server 2012 Standard avec Hyper-V, running two Server 2012 Standard guests, et saw le exact même thing you are describing. This seems to be an issue affecting Broadcom adapters.
Go into le Hyper-V host network properties, et look at le physical adapter, pas le vEthernet. On le Advanced tab, scroll down to Virtual Machine Queues, et set it to disabled.
Once we made this change, things were flying.
