IIS : Content-Length 0 pour CSS, Javascript et images

After a clean re-installation of mon Windows 7 system, Je ne peux pas get IIS 7 to properly deliver tout static content. Dynmic content (ASPX pages et content served by ASP.NET MVC controllers) works fine, mais static files such as CSS, Javascript et Images give me a 200 OK status code et a Content-Length of 0.

The problem occurs avec tous web sites on mon server, even a brandnew ASP:NET MVC template project avec no changes. It aussi occurs avec les deux Firefox et IE 8.

What could possibly be le problem?

Note that I aussi installed le latest Windows Azure SDK, perhaps that messed up certains settings. But Je ne know how to proceed avec for troubleshooting this.
