IIS7 : impossible de définir le nom d'hôte sur un site avec certificat SSL et port 443

Consider a Win 2008 SP2 machine avec IIS7. The task is to apply a certificate et host name to le one et seulement Site on this machine. The site's host headers need to be `abc.123.example.com`

The premier step was installing le .pfx to le Personal Store, qui was successful.

IIS7 finds le cert as available, mais ne va pas allow le entry of a host name. The host name textbox is ALWAYS disabled/greyed out, even avant selecting mon cert. J'ai even deleted le par défaut port 80 binding.

**Question :** how can I set a host name for this site?
Is it a matter of this cert being a wildcard cert?
I understand that le SSL request comes into le web server, et le host header in le packet is encrypted. Why alors would IIS6 allow le host header to be specified, mais IIS7 not?

**Mise à jour :** The cert n'est pas part of le problem. J'ai created a nouveau Site on le machine, et quand choosing https binding, le host name textbox is disabled.
