Sounds like you somehow broke your installation of windows, possibly through a forced shutdown or bad software? Edge is known to have issues with YouTube. Has forever. Good thing other browsers exist. It also sounds like your trackpad settings arent configured to your liking, but thats on you. Those can be changed. i am not fully convinced your machine is at all up to date but that is a mute point because..
