Surface Pro 9 i5\i7 owners | Is heating a real problem? Need your help

I’m about a month into using a pro 9 (i5, 16gb) and have only noticed it get a little warm a couple of times. I’ve noticed no change to that with or without battery saver.

I normally have quite a few tables open - at least 10 or so in edge and quite often Spotify and some office software and the odd game and I’ve only even noticed the fans come on a few times.

Overall, it’s been a great experience. There are a few niggles with windows 11 and some things seem overly complicated to do (like setting up different logins for the family) but I think they are windows issues rather than surface issues.
