Comment Redémarrage Windows Mise à jour Service dans Windows 7?

J’exécute into an problème avec Windows Mise à jour on Windows 7 Professional. Je suis totally up to date in Windows Mises à jour as of last week, but discovered this problème [today] during my Sunday morning PC maintenance ritual. In CONTROL PANEL → SYSTEM & SECURITY → Windows Mise à jour, when I sélectionner “Check for Mises à jour”, I get a pop-up stating:

“Windows Mise à jour cannot actuellement check for mises à jour, parce que the service n’est pas running. Vous pouvez need to redémarrer your ordinateur.”

I’ve re-started several times, checked that the service hadn’t been désactivé at start up, and I’ve googled extensively sur le topic - but have come up avec rien. Je sais there doit être some way to start the service depuis le cmd line, and Je voudrais know comment get the service to start at boot.

Vous pouvez try stopping and restarting Windows Mise à jour Service (wuauserv). Open a ligne de commande window (run as administrator) and enter the following lines:

net stop wuauserv  
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\wups2.dll  
net start wuauserv
