Tout ce que vous devez faire est de modifier votre requête comme suit :

SELECT r.id, r.authToken.instagram,r.userName FROM root r WHERE r.abc != null

ou

SELECT r.id, r.authToken.instagram,r.userName FROM root r WHERE r.abc <> null

Les deux opérateurs fonctionnent (testé sur le Data Explorer)
