In windows 10, sur le taskbar, I could clic droit an open area and sélectionner **Toolbars | Nouveau Toolbar...** and créez un custom toolbar onto which I could add some frequently used applications.
Par exemple, the following shows two custom toolbars named **Local** and **QuickRef**
On the windows taskbar these would appear as follows:

Mise à jour: Someone commented that c'est no longer supported in Windows 11. Y a-t-il un work around to have a list of items appear easily like a popup menu?

A third party tool that does the job is [SystemTrayMenu](https://github.com/Hofknecht/SystemTrayMenu/releases)
