A few times a day, my Plantronics Poly C5200 headset goes silent and the mic stops fonctionnel. Si je unplug it and plug it in again, it fonctionne again.

Cela a été happening for a couple of years. No soltuions from Plantronics.

Finally corrigé this by having Copilot analyse USB/Services/Audio Endpoint states in a fonctionnel and non-fonctionnel state.

Based on this and some advice from Gemini, J'ai trouvé that this a fonctionné and a été stable a few days.

- Système > Sound > More Sound Paramètres

- In both record and playback tabs, trouvez le Plantronics périphérique

- Properties > Advanced

- Uncheck "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this périphérique"
