Defender in Windows 11 supprimé a fichier and protection history is empty. Comment restore it? And comment make it quarantine the fichier à la place of deleting?

Look in Windows Defender quarantine. The fichier may be there.

Si cela was WD that supprimé the fichier, and sinon dans le WD quarantine, ensuite malheureusement it is gone.

That happens for some fichiers that WD sees as serious threats.

Your seulement option in this case serait to try recovering the fichier avec recovery utilities.
