For those who ne know, Microsoft released a major mise à jour to Windows 10 and one du changes is that PowerShell replace cmd.exe par défaut. So e.g. when you open Win+X menu you see PowerShell links and no Command prompt anymore.
Anyway when running PowerShell I get this maintenant:

**EDIT:** Changing font helps, but ne solve the problème for applications that ne have a fonctionnalité to change font. The broken font is Terminal. Replacing it from other source/reinstalling or resetting fonts to par défaut in panneau de configuration ne solve.
E.g. opening nouveau fresh copy of Terminal fonts on desktop encore ne render them, it shows hieroglyphs. So c'est like not the font itself is broken, but quelque chose in Windows that ne render the font?
Également you ne peut pas reinstall .net framework 4.7 on Win10 il n'y a pas de uninstaller, it ships avec windows, all vous pouvez is supprimer dirs, tick/untick in programmes and fonctionnalités, maybe run cleanup utility, but ne solve the font problème.

The problème n'est pas as bad as it seems. Il semble que a problème avec a font, which can be corrigé by changing the font.
To do that, do the following.
Cliquez sur le upperleft icône sur le Powershell window (the powershell icône) and choose properties.
Go vers le tab *Font* and change it to quelque chose else, par exemple *Ludica Console*
Appuyez sur OK. Problème devrait être corrigé.
