Ce problème est dû à index corrompu. Voici la solution :
1. **Redémarrez service** : `services.msc` > Windows Search.
2. **Dépanneur** : Paramètres > Résolution > Recherche.
3. **Reconstruisez index** :
```powershell
control srchadmin.dll
**Logs à consulter** : Observateur d’événements > Journaux Windows > Application > Event ID 1000 (recherche).
**Prévention** : Indexation active.
