J'ai un Windows 7 système that actuellement has a single mise à jour pending:

Which pretty much confirms what the erreur message says when executing the mise à jour manuellement; c'est simply déjà installé or even obsolete parce que a newer version is installé.

So, pourquoi it try to keep l'installation the mise à jour?

## About dialog

Il y a un problème avec the version numbers indicated dans le version of Internet Explorer that J'ai installé:

The About dialog will identify my version of Internet Explorer to be **9.0.8112.16421** while the version information embedded dans le binary signals a version of **9.0.8112.16443**.

This problème was également detected by the updater, which causes it to abort (just in other words).

**How** this happens is unclear to me. But once you are in this spot, this seems very hard to get rid off.

## Possible solutions?

- Running the FixIt for the problème [How to troubleshoot Windows Update or Microsoft Update when you are repeatedly offered an update](http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910339) ne resolve the problème. Neither avec normal nor avec aggressive paramètres.
