Comment puis-je hide the clock from Windows 10 taskbar

Je voudrais hide or supprimez le clock from my Windows 10 taskbar.

I did my research and the common way seems to allez à "Custom Notification Icons" -> "Hide and supprimer quick actions" and désactiver ici the clock.

Problème is, Je n'ai pas the clock in this menu, even though it devrait être ici si je trust the tutorial I saw.
Any tips ? What could I try ? My windows version is Windows 10 Professional.

EDIT : Ici's a écran du windows. No clock dans le list. I thought about a stratégie de groupe but I seriously wonder why, especially where Je ne vois pas any other mark of stratégie de groupe in our ordinateur

J'ai just tried this on mine and this fonctionne, clic droit the date and time sur le taskbar > taskbar paramètres > turn système icônes on or off > the choose the clock option.
