Approvals - Adobe Sign Not working

Also same. I signed out of Teams, relaunched and signed in. Adobe Sign required me to log in again which I did. Adobe sign works by itself, Teams works by itself, but the Approvals integration app in Teams gives me this exact error when I create a new approval, fill it out, and hit Send.

I'm hoping it's just a cloud-service outage. I'll try again next week.
