  1. Try edge.
    If it doesn’t happen in edge, then it’s a chrome software problem.

  2. Download drivers and firmware for Surface - Microsoft Support
    Try the latest firmware and drivers

  3. Try the official nvidia driver from their website, not #2.

  4. Freeze updates
