Is it okay vers turn off Intel VMD après updating Windows 11?

Je ne sais pas anything about Intel VMD and have no idea what it is. I updated my Windows 11 sur mon ASUS laptop and après redémarrer I get into blue écran and I did tout but none of it a fonctionné. I désactivé VMD in boot paramètres and Windows finally came up. Je veux know si je should turn it back on or not? I heard si je turn it back on it goes to blue écran again and la seule façon is to reinstall Windows. Si je keep the VMD off what will happen?

When you désactiver VMD, your disks use plain NVMe, which is perhaps
