I need help. For some reason when I try to open protection history in WD it will freeze the window and crash. I did a restart and it did not fix the problem. Any solutions?
I’ve tried to open it multiple times and it works and goes to the protection history id say 2/10 times but it still crashes most of the time. Edit: I did a restart and it also did not fix it. This seems to be a persistent issue for me. Everything else in windows defender can open with the exception of the protection history. I did a full scan and defender picked up a PUA and then I proceeded to remove it. I did another scan just to make sure everything is good and no threats came up but the problem is still persisting.
