I accidentally deleted my graphics card drivers. What do I do?
Download and run DDU in safe mode and reboot your PC. After rebooting try to install graphics drivers again and see if it works.
Edit: and when it comes to graphics drivers it is best to pull them directly off of the manufacturers website. Since it is a laptop you should be able to look up the model you have and download necessary drivers. If it is an Nvidia card inside you can use Nvidias download page if not just use the laptop model to get the correct drivers.
If none of that works then the card itself was probably going out, and it may be time to start looking for a new laptop 
The fact that device manager does pick up your device at least gives some hope though.
