Essayez ceci :

« Pour installer Microsoft.UI.Xaml.2.6, vous devez télécharger la bonne version pour votre système (x64 ou x86 ou arm…) qui se termine par le format .Appx, puis l’installer en double-cliquant sur le fichier téléchargé et en cliquant sur installer.

Après cela, vous devriez pouvoir installer le sous-système via Add-AppxPackage dans PowerShell sans aucune erreur. »
