  2. StarWind V2V Converter - Gratuit, interface graphique simple
  3. qemu-img :
qemu-img convert -f vmdk -O vpc source.vmdk destination.vhd

Pour VHDX (recommandé pour Hyper-V 2012+) :

qemu-img convert -f vmdk -O vhdx source.vmdk destination.vhdx
