Existe-t-il un moyen de désactiver just the GIF “Powered by Tenor” part? C’est incredibly visually distracting, jamais mind presumably sending data to a third party avec apparemment no opt-out.
Despite no official option, it seems vous pouvez désactiver it thanks to a tip from here, expanded to clarify:
Open Windows Defender Firewall (panneau de configuration) via menu Démarrer
Click Advanced settings sur le left
Click Outbound Rules dans le left side bar
Click New Rule... top right and follow these steps clicking Next après each one:
choose Program
paste this in for Program path
C:\Windows\SystemApps\MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_cw5n1h2txyewy\TextInputHost.exe
choose Block the connection
tick all profiles to apply the rule no matter what réseau you are on
give it a name e.g. TextInputHost.exe to block GIF search in emoji picker
click Finish
Maintenant try WIN + . again and behold, no annoying flashing animations
