My Windows 10's time format is 24 hour clock, this includes la barre des tâches but the écran de verrouillage is still 12 hour clock format. Comment change the format of my time in lockscreen?

Same here; J'ai pu get the écran de verrouillage to show HH:MM via my personal account with admin privileges, no hidden admin account needed. This is how:

Appuyez sur Win+R, type `intl.cpl` and appuyez sur Entrée (cela va open "Region" settings)

Set your "Short Time" & "Long Time" formats in the window that comes up, puis cliquez sur "Apply."

Select the "Administrative" tab en haut, then cliquez sur le "Copy settings..." button.
