*Adding* Icelandic to your languages should allow you to supprimer it again.
Internally, clavier layout configuration is encore stored dans le same place dans le Registry as avant and ne *really* have a relationship avec the Windows language list.
Open `regedit` and naviguez vers `HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout\Preload`, ensuite supprimez le languages vous n'avez pas need – the language identifier for English is `0409`, Icelandic is `040f`, Japanese is `0411` ([related list](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/default-input-locales-for-windows-language-packs?view=windows-11)).
