My own solution:
Désactiver it
A. Registry

Start menu > tapez "registry" > clic droit > run Éditeur du registre as admin (or open it if vous n'avez pas have this option)

In the input field en haut, under the menu bar, paste this:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge

Do this twice: Faites un clic droit > Nouveau > DWORD (32 bit valeur).
Maintenant: clic droit > rename each to:
WebWidgetIsEnabledOnStartup
WebWidgetAllowed

Assurez-vous each DWORD's valeur is 0 (it devrait être par défaut)
B. Double kill: Group policy

Téléchargez le fichier MicrosoftEdgePolicyTemplates.cab at the edge enterprise page and extract the contents. This is the direct link I got (may not encore work).

Extract the cab and ensuite the zip and trouvez le dossier admx. It devrait être at (extract folder)\MicrosoftEdgePolicyTemplates\windows\admx\

Copy all the .admx fichiers to C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions. Ensuite back dans le admx dossier find your language dossier (e.g. en-US). Copy all the .adml fichiers there vers le corresponding language dossier at PolicyDefinitions

Start menu > type: gpedit.msc > open as admin (or just open).

Click: Configuration ordinateur > Modèles d'administration > All paramètres.
Ensuite (menu bar) View > Filter options > Filter for word(s) > input WebWidgetAllowed

Filter. Microsoft Edge > Désactiver the setting for Ordinateur and Utilisateur
