So once I pressed mise à jour in Windows Mise à jour, and the progress bar appears and it starts updating. Cependant, it got stuck in "Preparing Mise à jour Installation". I cannot appuyez sur cancel parce que it says J'ai besoin de be logged in as administrator which I am, but pour une raison quelconque it thinks Je suis not. J'ai essayé rebooting the ordinateur but it encore stuck at the "preparing mise à jour" step.

Open Command prompt with Elevated privileges

taskkill /im wuauclt.exe /f
