On brand nouveau Lenovo Yoga 7 slim avec Windows 11 Home, during initial setup Windows asked to make a backup of bitlocker encryption recovery clés to OneDrive which I accepted.
I could également see in Windows Sécurité that périphérique encryption was activé.
Due to BIOS mise à jour failure I had the motherboard replaced under warranty and to my surprise Windows booted sans asking for the BitLocker recovery clé.
How is this possible? Is Windows lying to me about périphérique encryption?
Avant the failure Windows Mise à jour and Lenovo Vantage were l'installation various mises à jour and asked for redémarrer.
