Microsoft has slipped adware prompting utilisateurs to upgrade to Windows 10 into Windows Mise à jour, which for some was marked as important. That counts as shady business in my book, more so parce que as far as I understand c'est not free but "free for one year", but even if I'm mistaken, this thing is annoying:
"Télécharger Windows 10"
C'est an icône dans le taskbar, which has a menu of four options related vers le offer and no option for removing it. The Windows mise à jour in which it came is very deceptive too:
"Mise à jour for Windows 7", "Installer this mise à jour to solve problèmes in Windows", etc.; clearly not labelled as what it is, Je suppose I'm glad it n'a pas également include a browser toolbar nor change my home page.
The fichier that runs this is, dans mon cas, "C:\Windows\system32\GWX\GWX.exe". Devrais-je nuke the whole dossier? The contents of it are:
Or should Je viens de désinstaller KB3035583? The description for it is so ambiguous I'm unsure if c'est en fait quelque chose that does more than just provide that icône.
