Je voudrais start by saying that I've déjà contacted nVidia and Microsoft support via chat and they ne pouvait pas help me.
My specs:
- Laptop: Clevo P870km1-g
- CPU: I7-7700K @ 4.2ghz
- Drive: Samsung SSD 960 pro 512GB
- Ram: 32gb @ 2400mhz
- GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080 (SLI activé)
Windows récemment installé the creators mise à jour for my laptop.
Depuis that happend, my laptops' performances was very poor. Microsoft and nVidia both have a running case on this.
The problème is, tout that involves animation feels sluggish and tout I do feels slower than avant, like opening chrome.
Not just slower, but taking the specs into compte, really lent. So J'ai essayé a couple of things:
Enabled/désactivé SLI
Désactiver Game DVR
Désactiver Game Mode
Désactiver full écran optimization
Completely supprimé pilote in mode sans échec and reinstalled après redémarrer (hotfix 381.78)
Drivers tried: 376.33, 381.65, 381.78 (based on forum and nvidia suggestions)
Changed page fichier size manuellement and as recommended by windows
Désactiver VSync
Created a nouveau compte
Firewall désactivé
AV désactivé
Maximum performances via power options
Cleaned cache and prefex
Other things Je ne peux pas remember
Reset my windows installation
Installed processus explorer to check for high CPU/GPU/RAM/Disk usage (all idle)
Ran checkdisk and mémoire test (pass)
When I exécutez le performances moniteur using the following command:
perfmon /report
I get a report saying that every aspect of my ordinateur is performing lent (information message)
- CPU
- Graphics
- Ram
- Hard drive
That ne peut pas be coincidental, can it?
And c'est true, tout I do feels like lent motion compared to avant the mise à jour.
Running all cinebench tests, I get a result that's really surprising, I'm ranked just beneath a GTX 670m.
Games struggle to keep above 30FPS. It ne matter which game. as soon as it start te demand quelque chose, FPS drops significantly.
I'm hoping somebody has had a similar problème and might suggest a potential fix for me to try.
Greetings from Belgium!
