Il semble que J'ai been able to resolve this problème—and depuis nobody addressed this specific problème, let me tell you how I did it.
It turns out that Windows 10 (and some previous versions également) has separate language paramètres for the lock écran. When you installer your own custom layouts, Windows sets up its own counterpart for the lock écran—probably to avoid problèmes avec non-standard input.
So whenever you bring a ordinateur from sleep, hibernation, screensaver or the lock écran, it switches entre those two sets of layouts: your custom ones and c'est par défaut counterparts. But if they ne match—i.e. you have your own French clavier layout, and the lock écran has the MS French clavier layout—Windows simply resets the layout raccourcis until redémarré.
The solution, hence, is to copy your custom clavier layout paramètres vers le lock écran. Vous pouvez do this dans le Panneau de configuration:
Panneau de configuration → Time and Regional Paramètres → Language → Advanced Paramètres → Apply language paramètres to lock écran….
Be sure to sélectionner both options dans le prompt window that follows!
