<p>The Windows 11 function for Outlook is called "Hide When Minimized.</p>

<p>Check également in Paramètres, Systems, Notifications to see if Notifications may be involved. I ne pas think so but check.</p>
<p>Également check Hidden Icons to see if Office was, in fact, minimized and is hiding. Cliquez sur le UP Arrow ^ dans le Zone de notification.</p>
