Ce problème est dû à index corrompu. Voici la solution :

Redémarrez service : services.msc > Windows Search.
Dépanneur : Paramètres > Résolution > Recherche.

Reconstruisez index :

   control srchadmin.dll
   

**Logs à consulter** : Observateur d’événements > Journaux Windows > Application > Event ID 1000 (recherche).

**Prévention** : Indexation active.
