recherchez cette erreur sur le web, de nombreuses autres personnes ont exactement le même problème.
je ne suis pas en mesure d’appliquer les solutions proposées à mon cas, car je viens tout juste d’installer ce système.
a rien dessus, à part Windows 7. J’ai installé le système et effectué les mises à jour.
également effectué le même processus exact avec cette machine plusieurs fois au cours des derniers jours en raison d’un test à long terme que nous venons de commencer.
eu aucun problème avec Windows Update lors des installations précédentes et je sais que je n’ai rien fait de différent cette fois car j’ai suivi les instructions des procédures d’installation à utiliser pendant le test.
cela s’est-il produit et comment puis-je résoudre le problème ?

Ce qui confirme à peu près ce que dit le message d’erreur lors de l’exécution manuelle de la mise à jour ; elle est simplement déjà installée ou même obsolète car une version plus récente est installée.
Alors, pourquoi essaie-t-il de continuer à installer la mise à jour ?

Il y a un problème avec les numéros de version indiqués dans la version d’Internet Explorer que j’ai installée :
La boîte de dialogue À propos identifie ma version d’Internet Explorer comme étant 9.0.8112.16421 tandis que les informations de version intégrées dans le binaire signalent une version 9.0.8112.16443.
Ce problème a également été détecté par le programme de mise à jour, ce qui le fait abandonner (en d’autres termes).
Comment cela se produit n’est pas clair pour moi. Mais une fois dans cette situation, il semble très difficile de s’en sortir.

En cherchant cette erreur en ligne, j’ai trouvé des suggestions ici que vous pourriez essayer :

Les autres codes que vous recevez sont sans importance car ils indiquent que Windows Update a échoué, pas quelle est la faute sous-jacente. Notez que <code>0x80070643</code> est la clé ici et c’est très probablement quelque chose lié à <code>MSI</code>, étant donné qu’il lance également un CLSID et mentionne une mise à jour native. Quelque chose est corrompu…
