J'ai the following setup:
Windows 7 Ultimate
Deep Freeze
I "thawed" my machine last night and performed a Windows Mise à jour. The mise à jour is having problèmes (it gets stuck at 32%, fails, and restarts my machine). When it reboots it attempts it again, and again, and again, etc. (Endless loop).
I looked online and found some solutions, but none dum seem to be fonctionnel:

When I run Mode sans échec, Mode sans échec w/ Réseau, or Mode sans échec w/ Invite de commandes it attempts to revert the Windows Mise à jour changes. Cependant, the problème is avec Deep Freeze on (and maintenant in "Frozen" mode) the reverted changes ne stay, and I'm back invers le loop of death. Oh, and side note: "Mode sans échec w/ Invite de commandes" ne en fait take me to a invite de commandes window? Perhaps parce que it is attempting to complete the Windows Mise à jour changes first?

J'ai tried to sélectionner the option to NOT redémarrer when an windows erreur occurs, but it encore does.

J'ai essayé the remainder of all the other options dans le F8 écran.
The seulement other option left is to find my Windows 7 Media Disc (Je ne peux pas find it right maintenant) and use it to repair windows (parce que pour une raison quelconque the repair option ne show up dans le F8 écran).
Existe-t-il un moyen de désactiver Deep Freeze from loading? When I sélectionné "Mode sans échec w/ Invite de commandes" J'ai remarqué that it loads the DpFrz.sys fichier. Je sais that when I'm dans le Windows Boot Manager si je appuyez sur F10 à la place of F8 (while highlighting Windows 7) it takes me to an "Edit Boot Options" écran:

Mise à jour: J'ai trouvé my Windows 7 Media Disk and it n'a pas help out. The laptop had the "Système Restore" as a partition sur le HDD. I later received (dans le mail) a Windows 7 Upgrade Disc from Sony to upgrade my système from Windows Vista to Windows 7 Ultimate. I placed the disc invers le DVD drive and it ne come up as a "bootable" disc. I'm going to try to find an alternative disc to see if Je peux get into Invite de commandes.
Mise à jour 2: I got a Windows Repair disc and got into a invite de commandes window. I got invers le registry and désactivé Deep Freeze. Également:
I encore am stuck dans le loop (though, it n'est pas an problème avec DeepFreeze anymore parce que Je peux make changes vers le disque dur and they persist). Not sure what to do à ce stade?
Mise à jour 3: I ran the repair option and it ne pouvait pas repair, but it did point me to quelque chose. It says the erreur was due to a pilote that was failing. J'ai un feeling it is my UPEK Fingerprint scanner.
