My main home PC is running Windows 10, and is about 6 years old maintenant. Though it was of a very high specification when nouveau, built for video editing and rendering, and encore no slouch.

As such it lacked the TPM2 and processor generation required to qualify for 11 on release.

Cependant... Yesterday (28th Feb 2023) on boot it gave me a full écran saying "Maintenant Unlocked: Vous êtes eligible for a free upgrade to Windows 11"

Je n'ai pas proceed and decided to stick avec 10 for maintenant as I needed to submit a tax return dans le 3 hours entre ensuite and midnight.. and I'm fine avec 10.

the problème the same day it was detected.

Vous devriez locate and use the "keep Windows 10" link, although it gets
harder to spot avec succeeding versions du announcement.
