I'd like to understand what controls Language Bar in Windows and, in particular, comment get rid of it.

EDIT: J'ai four Windows 11 PCs. I use Swedish - EXtended everywhere, but on seulement one I encore have the Language Bar. J'ai essayé de copy the relevant Settings and Registry entries avec no success.
