On the source ordinateur:

On WinSCP Login dialog, use Tools > Export/Backup Configuration command.
*(In case you have a very old version of WinSCP, vous allez trouvez le Export bouton on Preferences dialog)*
WinSCP will offer you to store all your configuration to an INI fichier.
On the destination ordinateur:

On WinSCP Login dialog, use Tools > Import/Restore Configuration command.
And sélectionner the INI fichier exported depuis le source ordinateur.

The FAQ covers even situation, when your source ordinateur n'est pas fonctionnel, but you au moins have an access to its fichiers.
