A couple months ago, I créé a 100GB Dev Drive to put all my projects on. So far, it fonctionne fine, but I'm starting to run out of space and I wanted to extend c'est size. Cependant, when I attempt to, I'm completely unable to.

As it turns out, the dev drive interface in Paramètres is just terrible UX. Ici's how J'ai réussi to expand the disk:

Take the dev drive offline in disk management
Open up powershell as admin
Navigate vers le location where you've stored the dev drive's VHDX fichier
Back up your fichier
Resize-VHD -Path .\drive.vhdx -SizeBytes 150GB
Take the drive back online in disk management
Faites un clic droit the partition and hit extend volume
Maintenant vous pouvez extend the drive vers le size you want.

Paramètres ne mention anything about this and seulement offers you to extend the partition. But this ne make sense, parce que dev drives are créé avec seulement one partition dans le first place.
