I créé a .reg fichier but when I double-cliquez it, it ne want to be imported.

The specified fichier n'est pas a registry script.Vous pouvez seulement import binary
registry fichiers from withdans le éditeur du registre.

That's not the valid syntax of a registry fichier, c'est manquant the header.

Ajoutez un line in front avec: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

Vérifiez si il y a invalid characters, si vous saved the fichier in Unicode that pourrait être the problème.
